The artist Josep Puigmarti opened at the beginning of February the exhibition “Sustainability, culture, diversity, and integration”, a collection of sculptures made from different recycling materials at the Rivas Center Mall, in Madrid. The exhibition was organized by the Foundation Trinijove, an organisation that works in the training and labour insertion of groups with special difficulties. The Economic Area of the Municipality of Rivas collaborates in the campaign of revitalizing shopping centres. Other partners are companies and entities involved in art and environment that provide employment for people with risk of social exclusion: ARPAL (Association for Recycling Aluminum Products), Fundaci髇 La Caixa, AENA, Hotel Estela Barcelona, Puigmart?Studio , Ecoembes, Ecovidrio, Hilton Madrid Airport and Xerox.
The head of The Economic Affairs, Guillermo Magadan, and the councilman for Economic Development and Employment, Antonio Rojas, hosted the event, with the presence of the artist.
The exhibition will remain open until the end of April.
